Hi, I’m Shelter!
I have been on a journey for weight loss and fitness for a long time and over time I have learnt important things which combined have given me success in obtaining effective long lasting weight loss. I, like you have tried a number of different diets, none of which seem to have lasting results. I have now found a way of eating where I enjoy many different kinds of foods, I look forward to each day’s meals. It has become a way of life and the weight has stayed off.
I spend a lot of time researching and learning about food and all the wonderful ways it can fuel and strengthen our bodies. I enjoy creating delicious recipes and meal plans. Every meal is always exciting and something to look forward to. I am good at using information from multiple sources and explaining it in a simple way. I enjoy sharing information and answering questions.
I am a mother of two children. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and currently working on completing my Master's thesis. I will be starting a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology program in Fall, 2014. I enjoy exercising, cooking, spending time with my family and traveling. Click Here to See My Ongoing Transformation
