Losing weight can be a very difficult thing to do. Being on this page is a great start because I am here to help.
As your nutrition coach I will serve as a meal planner, “counselor”, trainer, mentor and motivational resource to help you lose weight. I will work with you and help with your day-to-day life and help you manage food choices, grocery shopping, food preparation, and daily caloric intake. I can help you overcome unhealthy eating habits and poor nutrient intake I specialize in customizing meal plans that meet individual needs. If you are overweight or obese I can help you stop gaining weight and start losing weight easily and effectively. |
