Protein Muffins

 Ingredients:
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1 cup egg whites
2 Tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 cup vanilla brown rice protein powder

1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cantaloupe (blended)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Blend ingredients, fill 12 muffin cups and bake at 170 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
