For my clients who are local and within a certain driving distance I offer the Everything but the kitchen sink plan.
This plan includes EVERYTHING listed in the Hold My Hand Plan including:
1) Initial consultation
2) Assessment of current eating habits and recommendations for
changes
3) Individualized meal planning of delicious, simple meals for
weight loss
4) Grocery store tours and pantry makeovers
5) Instruction on the basics of nutrition
6) Personal email support and encouragement to help reach goals
7) Food preparation tips and hints
8) Basic instruction on exercise, health and nutrition
PLUS Weekly Meal Preparation Assistance.
Meal Preparation can sometimes be a hassle especially if you are juggling many things or just have certain limitation that make it difficult to prepare your food weekly.
For meal preparation assistance I will
1) Create a shopping list for you
2) Come to your home and help you prepare the food on your meal plan
3) Help you organize your prepared food for the week.
